I recently discovered the VO2Max statistic in the GarminConnect and was shocked by the result. It was 31 with the comment that this is bad an I am amongst the 30% worst in my age, although I go running 10 km three times a week since many years. Since I discoverd this VO2Max Statistic I, on top of my running I even went 6 times on hiking tours in the mountains and just now I checked the figure again and instead of getting better, it droped from 31 down to 27.
Is there something wrong with my watch, the analysis or anything else?
