Forerunner 230/235 lug width?

Does anyone know or can check the lug width of the Forerunner 220/230/235/630/620/735XT?

I have a Vivoactive 4s with 18mm lug width, and I think the band is to narrow. Wondering if I can use a band that is made for the Forerunners. The narrow part of the band that fits between the posts that come out from the watch body measures about 15 mm and the total width of the band is a touch over 20mm.
