Is there a way to view historic daily VO2 Max data (per run) instead of on weekly basis as shown in the app?
I want to see how VO2 Max performs from day to day and based on each workout. Especially as it relates to bouncing back from a sickness over the course of a week or as a measure of running efficiency on a particular day. Right now the app only gives a weekly average of VO2 estimates and I'd like a bit more granularity. I know there are some shortcomings with the way it is calculated but I like looking at it as a metric of speed & distance relative to effort (heart rate).
