Watch not pairing

I have a Forerunner 30 which lost Bluetooth connection and is now not pairing with my phone have tried all the troubleshooting and still no joy. Any suggestions? Watch is about two years old

I had the same problem wit FR230 and a Samsung A5 cellphone. I tried the following and have working connection now.

If the Bluetooth on your phone is switched on and your phone (so not Connect!) recocnizes your FR30, you should get rid of this recognition by the phone. Also you delete the FR in the Connect-app. Once the FR30 is cleared from your phone and in your Connect-app, you might as wel reconnect the FR30 as if it were a completely new Bluetooth device for your phone and for Connect

Thanks for the advice I got it working eventually but don’t ask me how!!
