How do I export the continuous Heart Rate data on my F 235? I can see max HR and average but I want the data stream.

The reports menu in Garmin Connect doesn't seem to have a option to give me access to the continuous HR data. Or am I missing something?

Click on your activity. Then click on the cog-wheel in the top right hand corner (next to the pad-lock). Chose Export to TCX or GPX and then import into Excel (for example). The HR data is in the column labelled as "nd4" .
