Been running the beta5.07 for awhile having all sorts of issues. I want to go back to 4.70 how do I accomplish that. I tried searching and couldnt find anything on doing this.
Seems reasonable to me.
We normally see those nutritional charts that say "based on a 2500 daily calories", so if you work out for 1 hour, you could probably burn 1000 calories or more depending on the intensity.
I don't pay much attention to it but what I can say is that I shutdown my watch when I go to sleep and when I turn it on, it's already displaying that I burned 400 calories.
I would expect to see 0 if I'm turning on the watch in the morning.
