You can find steps to revert back to 4.70 at the bottom of the page in this link:

http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=10451

For any issues that you encountered please fill out the form included in the download and attach it to an email (if you haven't already) to "][email protected]. Please note that you may not get a response to the email unless the team needs more information on the issue you report.
• And what issues are you having? I can't see anything in your recent posts that refer to this. It's quite possible that your issues aren't related to the beta and so reverting to 4.70 may not help.

Sorry I dont post that often here is a quick list

- Lately when getting alot of notifications the watch would just lock up. I would have to hold the light button to try and restart after about 60 seconds of holding it the screen would look like the Matrix and then restart
- the time keeps getting out of sync - like I have alarms set for 410am and this morning they didnt go off, woke up at 6 and looked at watch and it was stuck at 1015pm the day before
- the HRM and RHR are way off. This is obviously written about. Daily it says I am burning 4k calories. Not possible. RHR says around 85 again not possible.

So I am going back to 4.7 just to see if that helps any of this
• CM, just so you're tracking, the screen lock up with lots of notifications occurs in 4.7 too. The solution to get the watch unlocked is what you described, exactly.

Ugh. I am falling more out of love with this 235 everyday. The HRM is driving me crazy, since the whole damn reason I bought the thing was to track daily calorie burn and workouts. I am averaging 5k calories burned on the weekends according to this thing hahaha

I use to have crazy numbers for the amount of calories I burned daily too. Try going into Garmin Connect, settings, then personal information. There you'll find "activity class". Depending on what number you select, Garmin will use that number to determine how many calories you are actually burning each day. IE, the higher the number, the more calories burned. I have no idea what formula the use. I had to adjust this number until I found one that actually matched what I believed to be correct. You may have to try it a couple of times before you determine which is most likely correct. I hope this helps.

So according to that chart I should set my activity class to 7.

What I found so far, when set to a lower number the daily burn was around 2200, but when set higher, somedays it would show 4000 and that is only with 1 hour of working out.

So confusing
