Massive Amounts Of Stupid "Notifications" Going To My 235 From My Cell Phone!

It is really annoying (especially at night), and it drains my battery faster.

All that is displayed (during the frequent ones) is some percentage, with some two digit number below it, which I have NO IDEA what they even mean!!!

Any idea how to turn it OFF? Thanks!

I think I solved the problem! I turned off all notifications except for the 235 itself on my phone.

I recommend setting the checkboxes on apps in Garmin for notifications to the ones you care about. Also you can set a do not disturb time (i think it uses 'sleeping time' estimate that you enter in profile iirc)

IF you press the up arrow twice, you should see the control screen. Press the select button (running man icon) and press the select button to turn on the Do Not Disturb setting. This will stop your garmin watch from receiving phone notifications.
