Sorry, the question might sound stupid, but I really do not find how to deactivate push notifications. I do not want to read anything on my watch except the time and the current training information, yet news apps, whatsapps, emails always are shown on the face of my Forerunner 235.

where it says: 'If you are using an Apple[SUP]®[/SUP] device, use the notification center settings on your smartphone to select the items to show on the device.'
But now that I look into e.g. the Whatsapp in the notification center, I do not find any button that would deactivate the push onto the watch, I could only deactivate it completely, but then it would also not be shown on the phone. So how do I deactivate push notifications on the watch without deactivating them on the phone?
