Garmin 235 keeps updating every few days

Every few days my watch says there is an update waiting, and it will take 1 minutes to apply.
I have let it update the past couple weeks, but it keeps occurring. The system version never moves beyond version 7.70.
Anyone know what would cause this behavior?

Hello, the same happens to me too. At the first time I accepted the update and it was done complete.After checking it stucked at the same version, Im refusing the update requests since then.

I also experienced the same problem. I restarted the 235 and it stopped asking me to update ...
