Black Screen

My Garmin FR230 just died while charging. It is 22 months old. It was about 26% charged and I plugged into PC to charge. Now screen is dead and holding power button for either 1s or 15s does nothing. Any suggestions or advice?

Try:

cleaning the metallic contacts on the base of the watch chassis
use a different power source for charging, e.g. a USB wall charger
use a different USB docking/charging cable of the same type
