Garmin Connect in PC with Windows 10

Has anyone success to connect the watch to a computer using the app Garmin Connect mobile?
I cannot.

You'll need Garmin Express and a cable.

I already connect the watch by Garmin Express and cable.
I would like to connect watch to PC Garmin Connect mobile app (Microsoft store) via BT is possible.
Maybe this app was just for Windows Mobile for smartphone.

Thanks a lot. My PC doen't find the watch, maybe BT protocol in PC is very old. I will try with a newer PC.
