Tun off GPS for Other activity

I can't turn off the gps for 'other' anymore. It used to be in the Activity Settings menu, but it no longer is. No big deal, but every bit of battery counts, and I use it quite often. Any guidance will be appreciated

Try creating a new Activity. When you do it should ask if you want to use GPS or not. (Disclaimer, I don't have a 235 but it works this way on the 735)

@Haroldjiii: Which version of firmware are you running on the FR235?

@chunkywizard: You cannot create new/additional activity profiles on the FR235.

Harold - that is very strange, just double-checked mine. Selected 'Other' activity...then hit down to 'menu' and then 'activity settings'...scrolled down to GPS (off) and then selected it and it gave me options to enable/disable.

Anytime i have really odd things happen with watch... a good ol restart or soft reset has fixed it. Soft reset is hold light button for 30seconds until screen goes black. you'll need to re-lock with GPS to get time correct. other settings should remain intact.
