I got the 235 some days ago and tried a gym session with Gym Genius. I made a workout on the gym genius page with predefined reps, weight and sets. When everything was synced I have detailed info on weight lifted etc on that page but Garmin Connect only has time, HR and calories recorded.
If I look in the Connect app I see possibility to create a workout, I just realized I can add workouts there, would the watch tell me when to rest, what to lift et.c while I'm working out?
I'm having a hard time to explain what I want, but I'm coming from Jefit on my phone and was hoping on a somewhat similar experience on the watch. With Jefit I make a predefined workout and fill in weight and reps after each set while in the gym. Is this possible on a fr235?
