Sync now changes time format from 24 hour to 12 hour

Since updating software to 7.5 syncing now changes my time format from 24 hour to 12.
I haven't changed any of my settings and I don't have 12 clock set on either the watch, app or website.

You have to change the time setting in the Garmin Connect Mobile App by going to Devices -> Forerunner -> Device Settings -> System

map. , that's the one place I hadn't looked. I've changed it there now, so hopefully things will be ok now. Thank you.

Try turning your watch off and on. I?d also check if the app or website has misteriously changed since you last looked.

Thanks Chunky. I tried those. The watch performed one sync without the time format changing, but it is now back to doing it again.

And checking the app and the website now the device settings are still set at 24hr?

This is not the issue, it happens BY ITSELF.

This a problem for me also. Huge pain.

Still will not change it back to 12 hour
