Garmin Logo frozen on Garmiin Forerunner 235

Hi all,

I recently connected my Watch to my laptop for charging. Now it displays the garmin logo.
It wont power down or let me reset it.

Anyone any ideas what to do

When you say reset, do you mean a "Soft Reset" and/or "Hard Reset"?

Just know that a hard reset will erase all data.
