Help the Knucklehead Out!

I just got my Garmin Forerunner 235 in the mail. It wasn't charged, but once I got it charged, first thing it asked me on boot up was the default language. I don't know how, but somehow I managed to select something other than English. I don't know if its Hungarian, Russian, or what, but I picked something other than English. All of the menus are in an unrecognizable language.

Surely there's a way to do some kind of factory reset so that I once again get prompted for my language preference?!!!

Somebody help a desperate brother out here :)

You probably don't need a factory reset. If you put the text into Bing Translator or Google Translate, you should be able to do the following:

Select Menu > Settings > System > Language.

If you still want to do a master reset:

Hold down the power button until the unit powers off
Simultaneously hold down the start and lap buttons
Now also hold down the power button until you hear the first beep, then release the power button
Then release the start button
After the second beep, release the lap button
Device will restart as it did day one. This will include the "English" option, if that is your preferred language. :)

Press the Runner button. Press the down button 5 times. Press the Runner button again. Press the down button another 5 times. Press the Runner button twice. Press up or down till you see English. Press the Runner button. Then press Back until you get to Time of day.
