Garmin Express sync bar stuck at halfway and no update confirmation.

The watch is syncing my activities fully but I would like Express to be running properly. Note, this has only started with the upgrade to 6.20.

MAy have solved the problem.

Cycled the watch OFF and then ON again and that seems to have solved the problem. I'll leave this thread up in the event someone else has the same issue.
