  • Did you start the timer and see a green triangle?

    yes I'm sure it did.
since then I've recharged to 100% seems ok.
I suppose the real question is what's the lowest watch power I can have before power saver kicks in.
  • First think you see is a low battery warning. It's around 12% if I remember correctly. You can remove that from the screen by using the Up or down key. It will then go to until it can go no more. Basically your watch wouldn't have had an issue with battery. However it would go into LPM after 10 minutes if you didn't start the timer! ;-)

  • Easiest way to tell if you started it is to see if it actually recorded an activity. Have you synced the watch since?
  • We have had some reports of watches shutting down earlier than the apparent battery remaining indicates especially in cold weather.

What Michael just said is a good way to tell.

When the timer is running "power saver" is not actually a concept that it is used. It will keep doing until it runs out of battery.
If however you did not start the timer then it will goto power saving in either 5 mins as standard or 25 if in extended mode.
