235 crashes + reboot loop

I have FR235 2mo now and every other week it would suddenly (usually after a press on a random button) fade, then get stuck in a reboot loop. Then it will takes hours or even a reset to factory default for it to return to functionality. And withing these 2 weeks every other day it would prompt to repair with mobile phone.
What is the issue?

I would suspect the power button is sticking, possibly due to a manufacturing flaw. I've found that Garmin has SUPERB customer support so suggest that you contact them. Most likely they will ask you to send your watch in for a replacement. I had a problem with a chest monitor that went bad and they sent me a new one the next day, got it two days later. With the increased cost of the watch they may want to wait to see a shipper for the return but just may ship you a new one without even waiting for that.
