When using Garmin training plans, there is a count down( time remaining/Time elapsed) data field in some of the training runs. Is there a way to use this on a regular run. I want to use my 239 as a timer when I referee and need a timer field that I can adjust - change from 45 to 40 min depending on age and such. There are some stand alone timer applications, but they don't capture my vitals, speed, distance HR and such.
Any suggestions.
