Software update not recognised on Garmin Connect

Hello

Just bought a FR230. I updated the software when connecting it to my mac. On Garmin Express, it says that this has been down successfully but on Connect it says I'm still on the old version. As a result, I'm unable to add a couple of apps I'd like to.

Any help appreciated?

  • The app store sometimes doesn't know that you've updated your FW, and here are a couple of things to try.
    1) plug into your computer with Garmin Express, let it sync, and unplug it.

    2) unpair your watch from your phone and pair it again

    (I've been sending this out when people use 'Contact Developer' with the same question, and people I hear back from say it works)
