Cannot turn on GPS.

I got mye forerunner today, after updating it i cannot turn on the GPS. I press normal, and it exits and still says off.
Anyone with any ideas?

Yes, and the GPS signal popped up in just a couple of seconds before i updated the watch. When i press the run button the two arrows flash Black and White, nothing happening..
GPS version is 3.00.
Theres a red x over the GPS signal bars.

And I dont understand why i cant set it to normal?

Red X suggests you are in an activity profile where GPS is off.

Are you sure you selected Run and not Run Indoor?
