F235 Won't Sync To App

I just did a Garmin Express app update this AM on my iphone6.

Now my Garmin Express won't sync with my F235 or visa versa. Even manual force of sync won't. It says my watch is busy.

I shut both phone off and watch...to reboot and it still won't sync.

Thanks Garmin for releasing updates and FW that actually cause more issues. I know I really appreciate it and I don't doubt many others do too.

    UPDATE:

    Called support and told them the error I am getting while trying to sync. They suggested to turn off bluetooth on phone and on the watch. Let the devices sit for approx. 30 seconds... Then turn bluetooth back on both phone and watch.

    Open app...force sync and it began to sync.

    I've never had this happen before but apparently this is fix. Though the watch can show its connected to the phone under devices the bluetooth sync can be wonky.

    At least I was able to get it fixed. Hope this helps anyone having syncing issues.
