Sync. one training

Hi

I have a FR230.
I have yesterday made a training at 16.07pm. I was not connected to the phone at that point.
This morning I made another training. Still not connected.

I then connected my watch to my phone and sync was made. But only the training today was transferred.
The one from yesterday was not.

Can I force a sync of one training through?

    Go to history, choose the training, there will be "upload" in the options (do not have the watch to confirm)

    I can see an overview, laps and delete.

    Sorry, it was edge that have this option, not forerunner.

    The only option then is to connect FR to your PC, take .fit file for the activity and import it to Garmin connect online (go to activity page, there is an import option)
    It will also then send activity to all connected applications (eg strava), as if it was a normal sync
    You have to guess though which fit file to take (although it will not allow you to import activity that you have already in GC)
