ConnectIQ app location help

Hi all

Recently purchased a Forerunner 235 and I've downloaded a couple of apps from the Connect IQ via my iPhone and synced my watch but I can't find them anywhere? I'm sure I'm being stupid here but I have been through all the settings and menus I can find. I don't see an 'App' setting anywhere. Could someone please help and describe, in idiot terms, how I find these?

It depends on what you downloaded.

- widgets just show in the widget loop (up/down when on the watchface)
- watchfaces show up in the list of watchfaces (long press up, and "clock options" when on the watchface)
- watch-apps. When you cycle through activities, you'll see run, bike, etc, but also Apps. Press start on apps and you see then listed
- data fields - when you customize data screens for something like run, you see an option for CIQ data fields.
