Hello,
I'm looking for a new daily wear fitness tracker to monitor HR through the day, particularly resting heart rate. Will the 235 be a good device for my requirements?. I already have a 920XT which I use to track Run, Cycle and swim.
What's important to me is:
Step count, but have tried Fitbit and Jawbone in te past and found that they can count a considerabl amount of steps when showering, geting dressed and even driving. How is the step count with the 235?
Calorie burn - I get the feeling this is not related to HR, is that correct?
Sleep tracking, is this automatic, and what are peoples feeling about the accuracy?
