Strange quick update install

Hi everyone,
it's a coouple of weeks I'm receiving very often updates to install in my 235, like a new firmware, but nothing changes in the info section of the menu in my 235. It simply asks for installing an update and that it takes less than 1 min, no reboot of the watch and that's it. Anyone else? what updates are these?

It is most likely updates to any Connect IQ apps and watch faces you have installed or that are installed by default.

There are minor updates you'll get where the watch doesn't reboot... Some of the thing can be things like the display or ANT+ drivers, and one that is common is the "tzmap" file (it's used to map locations to time zones and this one doesn't show up at all in "about")

Yeah, there was an update to Strava's "suffer score" Connect IQ app this week. If you have a lot of that stuff installed, yeah, you're pretty much getting constant updates just like a phone. If it annoys you, I think you can turn off auto updating of Connect IQ apps.
