Diplay trouble

Hi guys, i have some display issues with my 235. I will post some pictures. The idea is that when the seconds past, the display has an error in what it displays. The pictures will clarify what i'm talking about.

Does anyone now if this a soft issue or a hard issue. I have this watch for 4 days. Pls help.

A hard reset would be the second thing I try, after turning the FR235 off and back on

Have you tried a hard reset to see if that fixes it?

I just reset it, and the problem is still present.

Take the faulty device back to the retailer and get it exchanged. There ought to be no resistance, when you can no doubt demonstrate to store staff the device is faulty out-of-the-box in the first week.
