Just a couple days ago I got the notification that a new software was available, I installed it. Since then, my watch has been spazzing out with the heart rate. It will go from 50 beats to 80 to 120 beats all while I am sitting down. Even the chart of last four hours is flat with a bunch of random spikes. This just started happening after the last update. Anyone else experience this after doing an update? Also, when I run, all it shows for the heart rate are two dashed lines. Like I said I haven't had this problem and yes the watch is on tight enough.

Hold power button for 15 seconds.
The device turns off.
Hold power button for one second to turn on the device.
I think the issue was a third party watch face I downloaded through connect IQ. When I uninstalled it, the heart rate function started working no problem.
Could you tell me which watch face it was that caused this. I had similar issues and after calling Garmin support, they could not resolve and are sending me new watch (should be here tomorrow.)
