Saturday I ran my first marathon. Understandably, I want to keep and view that data. My device appears to be syncing fine (steps and other information syncs with the app and shows up in Connect), but the data for that activity does not appear to transfer. My steps for Saturday show up, but not the activity. It's in the history on the watch. Any reason why one activity will not transfer and suggestions for how to get that info into Connect? Did plenty of searching but found no results. Thanks!
You could manually take it off the watch (when the watch mounts as a USB Drive then navigate to the activities directory - its there) and then manually upload it to Garmin Connect
I guess it was just too big to sync wirelessly. The activity sync'd when I connected it via USB. Never had to do that before, so hadn't thought of it. So this is resolved. Thanks for the tip!
