I can not upgrade to version 4.60

Hello from Spain,

I had the problem of restarts after upgrading to version 4.30.

This morning appeared upgrade to the new version 4.60, but if I try, I can not.

to update the message appears on the clock, but when you press the button, nothing happens.

I did a hard reset but it did not work.

What is happening?

Thanks in advance...

After I installed 4.6 with Garmin Connect, my unit died completely. The watch stopped booting. I've been today in Customer service and the support couldn't even hard reset it, and I will get a new watch tomorrow as a replacement. But there was a guy that had the same exactly issue, he told me that it's his second pair of watch that have a similar problem.

On this forum, Garmin don't want to commit on it and they think its not a common issue, but before you update, make sure you have a valid warranty.

If the update is not installing when you press the Runner button, the 4.60 update file may be stuck on the watch. We would recommend that you connect the device to the computer and when the device goes into mass storage mode, open the Garmin folder. If the update file is stuck, you will see a GUPDATE.GCD file. Delete this file and then use Garmin Express to load the software update to the watch again.
