Sensor HUD 2.70, anyone brave enough?

I'd like to know if anyone has installed it? any problem?

Thanks
  • How long were your intervals? Here it was 400m @5k pace / 200m rest...

800m repeats. There wasn't really cadence lock.. it was just complete garbage - worked fine through the first repeat, and then ever repeat after it might as well have been reading random numbers between 110 - 150bpm. Not even close, since the intervals normally would be in the 165-170 range.

As I said in another post, I can not update sensor hub to 2.70. The update process goes normal but after the update sensor is not working and in about page it shows version WHR 0.00. I tried with express, web updater, manually ... At the end I had to roll back to 2.60. Anybody experiencing the same problem or someone has a solution ?
  • Actually that's not a hard reset. A hard reset is pressing and holding the power button for 15secs or so. That won't delete your activities. The reset they are showing is a non-vol clear, or a reset to Factory settings. This will wipe everything. Best to try a hard reset before a non-vol clear (AKA a master reset I believe)

  • Pouring rain today so I ran 10mi inside on treadmill, and 5mi outside. The HR was much better this time, though it still had a couple of blips - one cadence lock while I was outside and twice it randomly decided my HR was in the low 120s instead of the mid 130s for about a minute, despite my pace and effort not changing at all... i was on a treadmill at a constant pace/incline.

But still a million times better than the intervals were yesterday, so I guess I'll need further analysis. Could still be that the intervals run with constant bad readings was a fluke.
