Will the hike app set to walk work ok walking on a treadmill? If not is there an app that will work well on a treadmill? Thanks for any impute and or suggestions.

Why not use " run indoor" app/workout?

I thought i read on the forum somewhere that if you used the run indoor to walk then it would not count correctly when you actually used it to run.

After looking in the iq store a little more i did find an indoor walk app that im going to give a try

"Hike" uses GPS, so really isn't meant for Indoor Walking (and many of the screen use GPS), and "Indoor Walk" is like Hike, but without GPS and only the screens that make sense indoors.

I haven't updated 'Indoor Walk" in a while. I've been considering adding "Indoor Walking" to Hike so there's only one app, but probably wont do that. There is a support thread for Indoor Walking:
