Bluetooth appears to have stopped working

Hello, the Bluetooth on my 230 appears to have completely stopped working. It will no longer pair to my HRM or my phone. I have tried 'hard' resetting the watch however the problem persists.

Has anyone also experienced this issue? The watch is only a couple of months old.

    Lost Bluetooth

    Mine has just done same since yesterday - only about 3weeks old. The Bluetooth icon has gone from the clock screen and is flashing on the run screen.

    Anyone help?
  • If it's flashing it is not connected to your phone. Make sure the app is active.

    Bluetooth back

    I seem to have fixed the problem. The app was running ok but my phone was not finding the watch which seemed to confirm that the watch was the problem.
    I transferred all saved activities to the PC via USB then did a hard reset and paired my phone back with the watch. So far so good.
    Sounds as though you may already have tried that mwnn so maybe yours is a different problem. Hope you get it sorted
