Setting the weekdays

only guessing here but I believe under settings (in format I think) you can set the first day of the week. Set it to Sunday and see if that does it.

How do i change what is weekdays for me ?

I don't think you can, because weekeday has a globally accepted definition that is in dependent on locale or culture, whereas start-of-week may not.

Weekdays and working days are not the same thing semantically, and I don't think you can co-opt the former to mean the latter. For the majority of people, they're just ‘lucky’ that the former and latter are aligned due to workplace conventions.

I think "start of week" won't have any impact on "weekdays" for the alarm. SOW is just for locations where the week starts on Sunday vs Monday. In both cases, weekdays would be mon-fri, and weekends sat-sun.

For "non mon-fri weekdays", I think Garmin would have to add an alarm option where you can specify the specific days you want an alarm to go off, so you could set it to go off on sun, wed, thurs, fri, sat for example. That way it could also handle "weekdays" for people that might work a four day (10hr/day) "week".
