Sorry I posted this in the wrong forum first
Hi there. I just got my forerunner 235. I decided to use it today to record a circuit workout. I used the "other" profile and hooked up an external HRM strap.the watch did alert me to being hooked up to my chest strap. I worked out for a total of 51 minutes, including warm up and cool down. during the workout I was mostly in my higher HR zones maxing at 160. according to garmin I burned 61 calories (my BMR rate is 66 per hour) and the app for my chest strap says 350 not including BMR calories. I went though all my settings and can't find where I would have gone wrong. the only thing that I don't know is the active level which I set in the middle since I didn't know what that means. any help or insight would be appreciated. thank you.
