Anyone recommend a USB wall charger with universal plugs UK/USA/Europe?

As per the title for when I go on my holidays :-)

I always take my 6000Mah battery pack to charge all of my portable devices and use an adapter to recharge the battery pack. My thought is I am not plugging my devices into some other power grid.
