Watches Faces disappeared...

This is a strange one. last night, i switched from my custom watch face to the digital so i could get a reliable second count to measure a few things.

this morning, when i went to switch back to my favorite analog face, i found that all of my Connect IQ faces were gone!

Garmin Connect says its down for maintenance but i find it odd that my watch spontaneously lost/deleted the 8-9 faces i had installed...

I have seen this with my watch. I found connecting it to Garmin Express gives odd results until I power the watch off and turn it back on. Then everything was back as it was before the watch forgot every thing Connect IQ related.

My advice. Hold the power key until you get asked to shutdown, then say yes. After the screen goes black, power it on again. I have only seen it twice, but not on FW 4.10 yet. I have yet to figure out how to replicate it reliably.

thanks. that's pretty much what i did and you are right, everything came back up except one of my watch faces. very strange bug.
