Lock the screen or buttons?

Hi

As someone who uses the F235 as a daily watch, I find it very annyoing that you cant lock the screen or the buttons.
I work in the dirty industrial, and thick gloves are used mostly all the day.
But the problem is that the gloves triggers the run button, so it starts the run activity all the time (or like 10 times a day)

Is there any way I can lock the screen or the buttons, so there arn't any accidental buttons triggered?
  • On page 5 of the online manual it states that to lock keys and prevent unwanted activation: From the watch screen, press and hold the ^ key, then choose Lock Device.

Wow. Now I feel really dumb, as the manual is the first thing I throw away.
Many many thanks, holding ^ button also brings up music control. Nice
  • lol, when I saw this topic I though 'ah yeah, that would be nice'... So I'm in the 'feeling a bit stupid' group ;)

Same issue here with long sleeves (for example wearing a coat) that it triggers an activity... Nice to know (or remember, because I have this 'oh yeah' feeling after reading about the lock option when pressing up) this agian.
