Reviews and/or recommendations of screen protectors for the Garmin Forerunner 230/235

My order of 6x Savvies SU75 and 2x BROTECT screen protectors for my Garmin FR235 has just arrived. Call me foolish, but I always have an irrational fondness for things made in Germany and Japan (even though my ancestors came from neither country), and the asking prices are very reasonable. Hint: You can get them cheaper than from Amazon.com.

At a whim – or more specifically, for the reason that the latter is matte, and also three times more expensive and hence ought to be the better product – I've elected put the BROTECT on my watch a few hours ago. It fits very well – exactly the size inside the coloured rim drawn on the screen of the FR235 – and is indeed matte and cuts out glare, but I'm finding it the watch's display a little hard to read indoors in indirectly light now. Good in sunlight from what I can see, though. The thickness is such that it almost sits as flush with the slightly raised black rim around the watch's screen, but of course there is a slight gap, and offers no protection to the plastic rim itself (which I've already slightly scratched by clumsily walking into unevenly covered walls in my apartment while the top of my wrist was facing them). In retrospect, I should have applied the glossy, ultra-clear Savvies (of which I have more) first, and see how it well it works outdoors. I doubt I'd so anything to crack the screen, but scratches could be annoying. (Almost as annoying are the two specks of dust trapped between the screen and the protector.)

<EDIT>
Hmmm, I went for a run today with polarised sunglasses on, and I struggled to read the watch's display whenever I was in the shade, even if I activate the backlight. On the other hand, in direct sunlight, the BROTECT screen protector is very good at cutting out glare and reflections. I'll give it another few days, and then maybe rip it off and see if the Savvies work out better.
</EDIT>

Which, if any, screen protector are you using for your FR230/FR235, and would you recommend it to others?
