Loss of 5 days event & 24x7 monitoring history?

This could be a Watch problem or a Connect problem... just seeing if anyone else has had this.

Syn'd my watch beginning of last week - everything good.
Had a busy week working away.
Did a sync last night with the Connect App on Android and at least in Connect Mobile - I'm missing everything for the last 5 days...!

Watch shows step and RHR history - but there is nothing being displayed in Connect. At the moment as of this morning Connect only shows the activity details and nothing else.

Anyone else see/experience this?

Similar thing has happened to me. For the first time since I have had the watch I didn't synch for a whole day (Sunday). Synched this morning and no data for Sunday from midnight to midnight. I can see that step data has been recorded in the watch history file but GC blank including sleep data. I will give the helpdesk a call (again...) and see what they say. I have previously lost HR data 3 times but that may have been related to using an IQ app. Not the case this time as the app has been removed. People may be fed up of quotes about Fitbit, but in the 15 months that I used the Fitbit HR I never lost a minute of data. This really isn't good enough

    To complete the circle...

After a week - Garmin Connect has finally filled in the missing days. I'm not sure when it managed to do that - but sometime in the mid-week I expect.

So it appears that Garmin Connect only does post-processing on the latest 24-48hrs uploaded. Anything prior - gets scheduled sometime (seemingly randomly) later.

I still have two days in error (last Sat & Sun) where everything is OK except for 24x7 monitoring & sleep for those two days.

I swear that when I did sync on the 25th - the 23rd & 24th were displayed correctly at the time.
It is now only later after GC has caught-up and finally processed the rest of the previous week that this info is incorrect or missing.

The 24x7 monitored HR is missing from immediately after the activity on the 23rd until the morning of the 24th. Then 24x7 monitored HR is OK until immediately after the activity on the 24th and is then missing until the time of the Sync on the 25th.

For Sleep - GC shows the correct sleep start time and sleep end time for both the 23rd and 24th - however, shows the whole sleep period as awake and seems to be missing the movement data.

This state of affairs has been this way since at least Thursday - so I don't expect it to suddenly "fix" itself.

Would be good if Garmin Connect had a "re-process" button somewhere to force processing on a day/date range.
