watch face colors

What is the significance of the colors on the default watch face? Sometimes the first numeral and battery meter are red, sometimes they are blue... I thought they corresponded with steps or something, but I'm not seeing any pattern thus far.
  • got it...

NM, I figured it out... "Use profile color" in the system settings for the watch face.
  • All I get is teal blue (puke!). Where can I change it? Thanks you in advance.

    Hello
I think the first numéral change with color of activity. For exemple if you choose red color for RUN activity the first numéral in watchface has red. If you choose green for activity RUN indoor your watchface has green. Etc.

    click the activity button

click the down arrow for MENU

scroll until you see profile color.

change it to whatever you want.

Then back out to the regular watch screen

    HOLD the up arrow

    clock options

Make sure User Profile Color is ON

you can also change it to be a black or white background
