235 whatsapp & SMS smart notifications

Push the upper right button to select the message then the two scroll buttons on the lower left side. There seems to be a limit so if a message or email is too long, you won't be able to scroll through the whole thing (at least from my findings)

When Whatsapp or SMS are received on 235 during training, long messages do not fit to the screen. How can I scroll them? Which buttons?
