The background colour of the activity screens on my FR 235 are white - but looking at some of the images of the forerunner shows black ie the VO2 MAx screen or the Heart Rate screen or The two Data Screens So how do I change the color of these screens to Black ?

You can change the background colour of the watch face in settings. I have white, but my HR and step info are black, so don't know if there's any great adaptability unless they added something in the last FW upgrade.
