I have the same problem with 3.20. It's not that indoor activities are not checked in settings to be hidden when going for a workout but they are really missing. Anyone on 3.20 to confirm you only have Running, Cycling and Other for activity types?
EDIT: Did "Clearing user profile" and I see all activities now but that is hardly a workaround since almost everything gets reset to defaults.

my colleague sitting in front of me just upgraded the FW, he had all the basic activities enabled (visible)
and they are still visible now after the update.
I had indoor run and cycling disabled (not visible) before the update, and after update they cannot be selected anymore.
they are NOT present in the menu SETTINGS - ACTIVITIES to be enabled.
If reinstalling firmware or simply syncing doesn't fix this, you can try downloading these apps again from Connect IQ. I haven't been able to recreate this on my device so please reply if that works.

The same thing happened to me too. Before the upgrade to 3.20 I had hidden the "other" and "run indoor" activities and after the upgrade to 2.30 they are completely gone. Even if I go to settings to try to make them visible again, I can only find "run" and "bike".
Oh Garmin how well you test your FW before you release ... :-(
I thought something similar happened when I today updated to 3.20, however the GUI has changed so you now have to select up to select an activity. previously you could just select up or down. I.e. from the watch face, click the run button, then click up, then you can select up or down to change activity.
This seems to be fixed in the beta FW announced yesterday (v 3.25). There's a thread that talks about how to install it.
Indeed fixed in the 3.25b version, I lost indoor running and indoor biking with the previous update (had them disabled) and both returned after flashing v3.25beta...
