Wake-up alarm

Bonjour à tous.
So now you all know I'm French ;-)
I got my brand new FR235 a couple of days ago, aiming to replace both my "old" FR405HRM and my one year old vivosmart. So far, so good, even though I am a little bit scared re:battery life from what I've read in this forum. Yet not done my own opinion though.
Something I really like with vivosmart is the wake-up alarm: a very smooth vibration with the possibility to either stop the alarm or postpone it for 5 minutes :)
I cannot figure out how to do that with FR235: the vibration is not very smooth AND once you stop it ... it won't ring until next alarm occurence :(
Thanks
Lionel

My running partner searched around on her 230 and found THE ANSWER. Press the button for Run. Use the down arrow to select Other, and press the Run button again. Use the down arrow to select Settings, press the Run button. Finally, use the down arrow to select Alarm, and press the Run button.

Another way of getting there is to press the up button and hold it. Press the down button until you select Clock Options. Press the Run button, and you will once again find the Alarm function in there.

I should mention that it defaults to both a sound and vibrate notification. This can be modified to be just the vibrate, if you are used to the Vivosmart. (That first morning when both went off had me trying in vain to turn it off as I was still half asleep.) Under each Alarm, you can use the down button to select Sounds, and from there change it to just sound or just vibrate.

Last thing, to turn off the alarm each morning, press the down arrow.
