Garmin - Nike Black and Volt Colorway Forerunner 235

Garmin and Nike have released an exclusive variant of the 235. Looks to be identical to the normal 235's, except the color scheme is different and that "the device syncs all of the wearer’s running data to Nike+, supporting tracking functionality while also allowing participation in a global community of runners."

Interesting.
Think only available in USA however as get unavailable if I say I am in the UK (as I am)

I think the Nike+ synch thing is nothing different to say the Strava one and the product page gives link to http://support-en-us.nikeplus.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/57508 where it explains how to do this.

Didn't Nike pull out of the sports watch business recently?

Ordered One

I actually decided to order one as I like the look of the yellow color. And when compared to the Forerunner 230 this 235 is basically using the same colored face plate with a different colored band (black outside / yellow inside).

For the same price, why not?

Ordered today (Nov 20) and says should arrive on Nov 27.

I like the force yellow- 235 no can do. My workaround, ordering a Force Yellow band for my soon to arrive black/ grey 235.

Yes the band can be changed. Let me find my link to the replacement bands on the Gramin site.

This link contains all of the bands in the new 630/235/230 series so they all must be interchangeable.

I also did find another retailer that had the replacement bands for sale - I believe it was gpscity.com.

Nike Colorway

Is this going to still include all the functionality and Garmin Connect, just with added Nike? I love this color but don't want to get it if I'm not getting the same thing as the original.
