can not select IQ Data Fields (2/2 selected)

I was playing with my 230 and the IQ Data Fields to see if I can use any.

during time I realize that although I had not select any IQ Data Field the counter said 2/2 IQ selected even if I have only one IQ Data Field in the watch.
If I try to select an IQ Data Fields the watch aks me to unselect or replace an IQ Data Field.

Now I can not use any IQ Data Field because of this.
Does anyone has a solution before I reset the phone?

You can only have 2 installed per activity profile not per screen so not sure if you are considering all screens in the Run profile.

What actual fields are showing on Screen 1, Screen 2 and the Heart Rate screen?

What CIQ data fields have you downloaded?

thank you for your quick answer.

In the watch I had 2 or 3 aps like "Single Run Field v2", "Configurable Pace" and "NoFrills" as watch fase.
Today I install the "Visual Pace Alarm "Finish Time Predictor " and "Finish Time Predictor (Mini)"

I was changing Data Fields to see what fits me. I was working with run profile only.

One moment I realize that when I try to select a field the message at the IQ selection was "2/2 added". but without having any IQ selected.
I changed all 4 fields for both screens to time, but still I get "2/2 added".
I delete all IQ apps and reinstall only one. Strangely the message "2/2 added" was there. And of course when I tried to select the app I get the message "replace or remove a connect IQ field on any data screen to add another".

I had restart the watch and delete all apps from it. nothing changed.

I shutdown the watch and left it for 30 min aside. Now, during my typing, I restart it install 3 apps and guess what. I can work with IQ apps again.
I do not know how and if the shutdown fix this. I have the filing that the problem will emerge again.

Just keep it in mind, if someone else report the same problem.

yesterday the problem reappear.
I was trying to change the data fields before a run and I could not select any IQ app although all 4 fields from both screens contain non IQ values.

I had to remove all IQ apps from the watch, restart it and reinstall IQ apps to fix it.

EDIT: At the same time the PRs on the phone were reset and the units reset from metric to imperial.

I will install the 3.13 Beta

Noticed that too but in my case it's because I had put two CIQ Data Fields on the heart rate page and I wasn't wearing an HR strap so that page couldn't be accessed.

can you do that? I had not try to change the HR screen.

Yep, long press on the "up" button. Unfortunately you can't choose the number of fields.
