Cannot connect Giant Power Pro to Garmin Edge 1000

Hi, recent I bought a giant pro powermeter to my giant tar advanced but when I try to calibrate it it gives a error (-1) and I don't know what it means. Please somebody help me. Thanks.

Can you calibrate using the Giant Power Pro App?

Have you woken then up and in the correct orientation?

Is the Firmware up to date?

In the first time the calibration on giant app was a success but it was just the first one. I think the orientation is alright. Thanks

Not sure if you are still having an issue, but just a thought are the power meters connected together with only 1 ANT+ ID is being transmitted.
